Bought our home with a 23 yr old 3 tab “green” roof. In less than a day and a half, it looks like a new “more expensive” house with a very well installed old wood architectural shingle roof, with up to date base elements and improved ridge vent system. All work was done professionally, with care to avoid any damage to our landscaping, tarps to catch the old shingles and nails, a very thorough cleanup, and a reasonable well worth it price! Thanks Josh and your crew, we are enjoying our great new look, downpour protection, and that great “new roof small”, like a “new car smell” HaHa!
